Healthy BMI ranges for 10 year olds:
Girls, 14.2 - 20.4
Boys, 14.4 - 19.8
For 11 year olds:

I vote for a jump rope unit in p.e.! This is crazy fun.

Dana, I think that this performance took place at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, but the team travels all over the United States.
I agree with Maggie, a jump rope unit would be so fun! Jump roping is one of the few sports I excel at...
The Firecrackers are a performance jump rope team made up of talented 4th-8th graders from the Kings Local School District in Ohio. Coached by Lynn Kelley, they perform at venues across the country. Some notable past performances have been at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, a Presidential Inauguration and an appearance on The David Letterman Show.
