Healthy BMI ranges for 10 year olds:
Girls, 14.2 - 20.4
Boys, 14.4 - 19.8
For 11 year olds:
Girls, 14.9 - 21.0
Boys, 14.8 - 20.6
Girls, 14.2 - 20.4
Boys, 14.4 - 19.8
